II. Performance introduction of Huaguang TN thermal CTP version
Huaguang TN thermal CTP version adopts imported high-quality aluminum plates specially used for the production of CTP plates. Through the special electrolytic oxidation process, the aluminum plate surface forms a dense multi-layer composite sand mesh structure and a dense oxide film, so as to have excellent wear resistance and accurate point reduction effect during printing. A connecting layer is coated between the plate base and the thermal layer, and then the thermal resin layer is coated with advanced coating device. The heat sensitive resin layer adopts special light and heat conversion materials to make the plate absorb light energy efficiently and suitable for open room operation
Huaguang thermal CTP version has two models: TN and TP. TN type is negative thermal CTP version, and TP type is positive thermal CTP version. See Table 1 for the plate properties of the two models
