Common quality problems and prevention of scaffold erection
1, phenomenon

(2) the scaffold erection scheme is inconsistent with the actual erection
(3) the scaffold erection scheme is changed at will. When the scaffold scheme needs to be changed, the construction personnel do not go through the change procedures
2. Preventive measures
(1) the preparation of scaffold erection plan is indispensable according to the main contents of relevant specifications. The preparer, reviewer and approver sign, and the competent department approves and seals
(2) before preparation, the construction site should be explored to understand the terrain, landform of vacuum insulation board, project location, etc. when preparing, it should also aim at the general layout and the actual shape of the project
(3) when changes are required, the change form must be filled in, and the original designer shall design and implement them after approval. At the same time, the original relevant drawings and data of the changes must be supplemented and attached to the change form
II. Scaffold safety management
1. Phenomenon
(1) before scaffold erection, safety technical disclosure is not done, technical disclosure is not targeted, not detailed, no written records, technical disclosure 4 The fixtures should be coated with anti rust oil for storage; Both parties do not sign, and the operators do not understand their responsibilities and safety technical regulations
(2) after the scaffold is erected, no inspection and acceptance will be carried out. There is no quantitative record of all data, no signature of the inspector, and the unqualified ones have not been rectified or have been rectified but not reviewed
2. Preventive measures for the automotive industry
(1) formulate the disclosure system and prepare the disclosure contents (safety technical measures, operating procedures, division of personnel, precautions for responsibilities, etc.). The disclosure can be oral or written, but it must be disclosed and signed by both parties
(2) the scaffold can be used only after it is erected and passes the acceptance. All data in the acceptance record must be quantified, and the acceptor must sign. The unqualified ones must be rectified and can be used only after they pass the review. 3、 All parts of the scaffold
(I) pole foundation
1, phenomenon
(1) the foundation is not compacted and leveled, the base is not set, the base plate is not set under the base, and there are few drainage measures
(2) the setting height of the sweeping rod is unreasonable, and the setting within the continuous length range is incomplete
2. Prevention and control measures
(1) according to the foundation practice of local endurance design, after the backfill is compacted layer by layer to meet the requirements, pour 20cm thick concrete foundation, pave the wooden base plate during erection, place the base, and then put the upright rod into the base. It is not allowed to place the upright rod directly on the wooden board, and set the drainage ditch at the same time (Note: standard base size: 150 × one hundred and fifty × 8 upper welding of steel plate φ fifty-seven × 35, length l=150cm; Dimension of base plate: thickness 50cm, length ≥ 2000mm, width 200mm)
(2) set vertical and horizontal sweeping rods within the continuous length range 20cm away from the ground (15. Strain rate range: 0.00025/s-0.0025/s cantilever beam)
